About the Role

We are looking for a Laravel Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience building production web applications using Laravel and Vue.js. You'll join the core engineering team at CSK Technologies and work on a mix of our own products — including Axel CRM and DataGrabify — and high-quality client projects.

This is a hands-on builder role. You'll own features end-to-end: schema, API, frontend integration, deployment, and bug fixes. You'll work directly with the Founder, ship fast, and have real say in how things are built. We use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT every day to write, review, and debug code — and we expect you to use them too.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Laravel)
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Laravel.
- Design clean, scalable database schemas in MySQL.
- Implement authentication, authorization, roles, and permissions.
- Write reusable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize queries and improve application performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).

Frontend Development (Vue.js)
- Build responsive, interactive interfaces using Vue.js (Vue 3 / Composition API preferred).
- Consume backend APIs and manage state cleanly (Vuex / Pinia).
- Implement clean UI based on provided designs or Tailwind / Bootstrap.
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness.

Deployment & Maintenance
- Deploy and manage applications on Linux / cPanel / VPS environments.
- Handle Git workflows, code reviews, and version control.
- Debug and fix production issues quickly.
- Maintain technical documentation and basic SOPs.

AI-Assisted Work
- Use Claude and ChatGPT actively for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and learning.
- Write strong prompts to speed up development without compromising code quality.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Laravel in production.
- Strong working knowledge of Vue.js (Vue 2 or Vue 3).
- Strong PHP, OOP, and MVC fundamentals.
- Proficient in MySQL — schema design, queries, indexing, joins.
- Comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication (Sanctum / Passport / JWT).
- Hands-on with Git and GitHub / GitLab workflows.
- Good HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals.
- Ability to read designs and convert them into working interfaces.
- Clear communication in English and Hindi.

Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience with Inertia.js or Livewire.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Experience deploying on cPanel, VPS, or cloud (AWS / DigitalOcean).
- Experience with queues, jobs, and scheduled tasks in Laravel.
- Exposure to SaaS, CRM, or multi-tenant applications.
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) in day-to-day coding.

Job Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Mode: On-site, Noida Sector 62
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
