About the Role
We are hiring a Founder's Assistant to work directly with the Founder and take care of daily execution tasks across calendar, lead qualification, LinkedIn outreach, hiring, and SOP-driven operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — not a corporate EA position. You will use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT every day to work faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling
Manage the Founder's daily calendar, book meetings, send reminders, and avoid scheduling conflicts. Coordinate with clients, candidates, and team members for slot confirmations. Share meeting links and short prep notes before every call.
Lead Qualification Calls
Call inbound leads and qualify them using a defined script based on budget, timeline, and fit. Update lead status in the CRM/sheet and pass qualified leads to the Founder with a short summary.
LinkedIn Outreach & Follow-ups
Send connection requests and follow-up messages using approved templates. Track responses, reply with the right next message, and book interested prospects into the Founder's calendar. Maintain a daily outreach tracker.
Hiring Support
Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and similar platforms. Screen incoming resumes against a checklist. Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, send offer letters, and follow up till joining.
SOP Execution & Reporting
Follow existing SOPs for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Flag steps that are unclear or broken. Send a short end-of-day update covering what's done, pending, and blocked.
AI-Assisted Work
Use Claude and ChatGPT to draft emails, LinkedIn messages, JDs, meeting notes, and summaries. Use AI to speed up research, candidate screening, and content drafting under the Founder's guidance.
Required Skills
Clear English communication, both written and spoken (Hindi is a plus). Comfortable on the phone — qualification calls are a core part of this role. Organized, process-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups. Working knowledge of Google Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and WhatsApp. Basic working knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or any other AI chatbot — should know how to write a good prompt and use AI to draft, summarize, and research. Willingness to learn LinkedIn outreach, hiring basics, and CRM workflows on the job.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Prior experience as a VA, intern, or in tele-calling/outreach. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, Trello, or any CRM. Exposure to a digital marketing, SaaS, or web services business.
